Stephen is a qualified Rigger and Scaffolder with over 47 years of experience in the commercial, Industrial, Marine, Rail, Bridge and Wharf infrastructure fields.
Stephen has a demonstrated history of delivering high value access solutions to a wide range of clients through his innovative design, outstanding product knowledge and a structured, efficient execution of projects and delivery.

Richard is a qualified Rigger and Scaffolder with 35 years’ experience. He is currently the General Manager for Scaffold Access Solutions and previously spent the past 12 years as an Operations Manager for MI Scaffold and Diversified Mining Services in Central Queensland. Richard has extensive experience in rigging and scaffolding in power stations, open cut mines, oil and gas, underground mines, ports, rail, and road, which has complimented his strong leadership qualities. Richard has qualifications in Project Management, Work Health and Safety and design works and access installations.
Richard thrives on highly challenging and technically difficult work packages, is highly motivated, manages his time effectively, and works well autonomously and in team environments to ensure measures are implemented to achieve a safe project outcome on time and under budget.
